Bradley Dack (Blackburn) to score v Hull (15:00)

Dack was an unsuccessful tip to score against Ipswich last week, but the fact he registered two more shots than any other player on the pitch suggests that a goal is sure to come soon.

The midfielder ranks ninth for shots per home Championship match this season and has scored four goals in his last seven league matches at Ewood Park.

Hull are in brilliant form going forward, but have conceded twice or more in five of their last seven away games.

Conor Chaplin (Coventry) to score v Blackpool (15:00)

Chaplin has scored three goals in his last four matches, and there is no reason why he can’t extend that excellent form against Blackpool on Saturday.

The 21-year-old is an established penalty-taker and – in data collated by @blades_analytic earlier this month – has posted the fourth-best xG of any League One player this season, so expect him to improve upon his tally of seven goals for this season soon.

Blackpool have conceded two or more goals in five of their last nine league away games. They have conceded roughly 1.0xG per game throughout a run of three clean sheets from four (experimental361), suggesting that they will soon begin to concede more frequently.

Tyler Walker (Mansfield) to score v Tranmere (15:00)

Walker has scored six goals in Mansfield’s last eight matches, including in both of his last two, so is an easy bet to repeat the trick against Tranmere on Saturday.

The striker – who is aiming to score in three straight matches for the third time this season – has registered an xG of at least 0.4 in each of his last 10 home appearances (experimental361). Three of those matches have seen him post a figure of 0.9 or more, suggesting that chances are bound to come along on Saturday.

Tranmere have conceded 18 goals in their last seven league away games, which should help his cause.

Hallam Hope (Carlisle) to score v Port Vale (15:00)

Carlisle are prolific at the moment, scoring two or more goals in seven of their last eight matches.

Hope scored in Steven Pressley’s first game in charge of the club last weekend, a 2-0 win over Cheltenham, to make it six goals in his last eight games.

The striker and his side could enjoy themselves again this weekend against Port Vale, who have conceded seven goals in their last two home league matches.
