Here are Will Rook's football tips for Leeds v Derby:
Derby to beat Leeds
Leeds lost their third straight game as they were beaten 2-1 by QPR in the FA Cup last weekend, having previously not recorded back-to-back defeats this season.
Striker Lewis Baker’s loan was cut short in midweek, while Marcelo Bielsa will be without at least six first-teamers through injury or suspension.
Derby, who beat Norwich 4-3 in their last away game and have lost just one of their last eight and are great value at such a long price.
Over 3.5 goals
There have been four or more goals in three of Derby’s last four matches, including 11 in their last two on the road.
Leeds, meanwhile, have tipped the balance in three of their last five matches. Given the array of attacking talent both sides have, it’s worth taking this on.
Jack Marriott to score
Marriott bagged his 10th goal of the season against Southampton in the FA Cup last weekend and should be in line for a start on Friday.
The striker averages 2.2 shots on goal per game, the third-most in the Derby squad, so is likely to fashion more chances to score.
Derby to score from outside the box
Liverpool loanee Harry Wilson has made a name himself for scoring spectacular goals this season, with six of his 10 efforts coming from outside the box.
That total includes eye-catching efforts against Manchester United in the EFL Cup in September and Sheffield United on Boxing Day.
Leeds goalkeeper Bailey Peacock-Farrell has also made a number of high-profile errors this season, so this still has a decent chance of coming in even if Wilson is ruled out with the injury he picked up in his last league game.
