Cenk Tosun (Everton) –
The only positive that Everton could take from last week’s defeat at Burnley was a first goal for Tosun, who opened the scoring with a smartly taken header.
Back at Goodison Park, where Sam Allardyce’s side perform significantly better than on the road, the Turkish international has every chance of doubling his Premier League tally.
The Toffees have scored five goals in their last two games at home, and even more opportunities should come the 26-year-old’s way against Brighton.
Aleksandar Mitrovic (Fulham) –
Mitrovic is perhaps the obvious choice, but his eye-catching price means that there is no need to search anywhere else.
The Serb has scored in four consecutive matches since his January move to London, benefitting from a Fulham supply line that has created 22 goals in nine matches.
After notching a brace in an impressive 3-0 win over Sheffield United on Tuesday, the Newcastle loanee is primed to score against a Preston side that are without a clean sheet in seven home games.
Ellis Harrison (Bristol Rovers) –
Harrison’s goals have single-handedly earned Bristol Rovers’ three points in the last fortnight, with his injury-time equaliser against Scunthorpe backed up by last week’s winner at MK Dons.
Against Northampton, who have conceded 21 goals in their last 10 away games, the 24-year-old is a good bet to notch his fifth goal in seven matches.
The Cobblers have every reason to fear the worst. Harrison has scored six goals in his last two games against them, including four in this fixture last season.
Marc McNulty (Coventry) –
McNulty returned to form with the winner at Wycombe last time out – albeit from the penalty spot – and is a good bet to score his 15th league goal of the season on Saturday.
The 25-year-old has scored eight goals in Coventry’s last seven home matches, while his side have won seven of their last eight at the Ricoh Arena.
Barnet have conceded 24 goals in their last 13 away matches in their slide to the bottom of League Two.
