Arsenal to win and both teams to score

Arsenal’s only defeats at the Emirates this season came against Manchester City and Tottenham. The Gunners did beat Spurs in the league, however, and were excellent in last weekend’s 2-0 win over Chelsea.

I fancy them to just nick this one against Manchester United, who presumably can’t keep winning every match under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

There should be goals at both ends, too, with BTTS landing in the last six matches between these teams.

Jesse Lingard to score

Lingard hasn’t scored since netting a brace against Cardiff in Solskjaer’s first game as United boss, but he’s a player who tends to make an impact in the big games.

His previous three United goals came against Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea, while he famously scored twice – and Milly Rocked – the last time he played at the Emirates, in December 2017.

Granit Xhaka to be booked

Xhaka has been booked against Manchester City, Chelsea, Tottenham (x2) and Liverpool this season. Had he played in the 2-2 draw against United in December, he probably would’ve been booked then, too.
