Here are five football tips that Jack Green thinks you should consider for Olympiakos v Arsenal on Thursday night.

Draw

Arsenal are coming off a 4-0 win over Newcastle, but they’ve drawn six of their last seven away matches in all competitions and face a tough task on this away trip.

Olympiakos have won eight consecutive home matches in all competitions and managed a draw when they hosted Tottenham in the Champions League earlier this season, so they should avoid defeat on Thursday night.

Arsenal to score first

Arsenal have opened the scoring in seven of their last nine matches in all competitions, and in four of six in the Europa League.

They have kept it tight early on in games since Mikel Arteta took charge in December, having only conceded two first-half goals in that 10-match spell.

Gabriel Martinelli to score

Martinelli was left out of Arsenal’s victory at the weekend but should return to the starting line-up on Thursday night.

The 18-year-old Brazilian has bagged 10 goals in limited playing time for the Gunners, including three in five games in the Europa League.

Bukayo Saka to score

While Martinelli is perhaps Arsenal’s likeliest scorer, Saka looks a great price given that he’s effectively playing as a left winger when the Gunners attack.

The 18-year-old has scored three goals this season, including two in the Europa League, and he’s coming off perhaps his best performance of the season against Newcastle.

Ruben Semedo to be carded

Semedo has the worst disciplinary record of any Olympiakos player this season. He’s been booked 11 times to date and was sent off in the Greek Super League a month ago.

The Portuguese centre-back has been carded in three of his last five appearances and could be in for a tricky night against a pacy Arsenal attack.
