Here are five bets Adam Drury thinks you should consider for Manchester United v Astana, which kicks off at 20:00 on Thursday.
Astana (+2)
Manchester United are missing several first-team players through injury and will rest a few more for this game.
Even if a young side do eventually win, don’t expect it to be convincing against an Astana side that have won six of their last seven games and come through three qualifying rounds to get this far.
Mason Greenwood to score
Greenwood will make his second United start, and is an obvious choice to score.
His finishing ability has been heralded by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and he should get chances to prove that right against a defence that have only kept two clean sheets in eight away games this season.
Marin Tomasov to score
If Astana score, Tomasov looks a great bet to get it.
The 31-year-old has scored 10 goals in his last 10 games, and will come up against a much-changed United defence.
Under 3.5 cards
Solskjaer’s side have received 10 cards in five matches this season, but should dominate this match enough to avoid them here.
Asatana have picked up five cards in their last five matches, and six in their last five Europa League games.
Marcos Rojo to be carded
But where Rojo is concerned, you can never rule out a card.
The Argentine was booked in Argentina’s friendly against Mexico last week, and picked up two yellows despite starting only three games last season.
