Chelsea to win to nil

Chelsea conceded late on in Sweden last week, but can avoid the same fate here.

Maurizio Sarri’s side won two of their three home Europa League group-stage matches to nil, and have seen off inferior opposition such as Nottingham Forest, Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield without conceding recently.

Despite their struggles, this one should follow a similar pattern.

Olivier Giroud to score

Giroud netted for Chelsea in the first leg of this tie, and seems an obvious bet to repeat the trick in this match.

The Frenchman scored in three of his five group-stage appearances, including in both of his two at Stamford Bridge.

Under 1.5 cards

There were no cards in the first leg, and it is difficult to imagine this one being any feistier.

Chelsea have picked up a maximum of one card in seven of their last nine matches, while Malmo have not had a card in their last 180 minutes of European football.

No goal between 76-90 minutes

With Chelsea likely to have wrapped up the tie with time to spare, the last 15 minutes of this game could be a non-event.

There have been goals in the final 15 minutes of just three of Chelsea’s seven Europa League games this season, and in one of Malmo’s last four.
