Here are five bets Guy Giles thinks you should consider for Tottenham Hotspur v Bayern Munich, which kicks off at 20:00 on Tuesday.

Tottenham to win

Spurs showed serious resolve to beat Southampton at home on Saturday after being reduced to 10 men in the 31st minute.

They have won three of four home matches this season, scoring nine goals and conceding just three in the process.

Both teams to score

There have been goals at both ends in three of Tottenham’s four home games this season.

BTTS has also landed in three of Bayern’s five away matches, including their narrow 3-2 win over bottom side Paderborn on Saturday.

Over 2.5 goals

Three or more goals have been scored in seven of Tottenham’s nine matches in all competitions.

Bayern are also regularly involved in high-scoring affairs, with over 2.5 goals landing in seven of their nine games as well.

Son Heung-min to score

The former Bayer Leverkusen winger has a brilliant record against Bundesliga sides for Tottenham, scoring four goals in eight games.

Son has been in good form of late, netting twice and supplying three assists in his last four matches.

Danny Rose to be carded

Rose was Tottenham’s most-carded player last season with eight in all competitions, including three in the Champions League.

The left-back has continued that trend this season with three yellow cards in seven appearances.
