Here are four football tips that Will Rook thinks you should consider for Liverpool v Ajax on Tuesday night.

BTTS

The previous edition of this fixture finished 1-0 to Liverpool in October but, given that Ajax have averaged 4.75 goals per game in the eight matches since then, this looks a smart bet.

Liverpool have only failed to score in one of their last 11 in all competitions.

Diogo Jota to score

Jota bagged his ninth goal of the season in all competitions for Liverpool in their 1-1 draw with Brighton last weekend.

The Portuguese has netted eight of those in his last eight appearances and should feature again on Tuesday.

Draw at half-time

Six of Liverpool’s last eight matches in all competitions have been level at the break.

Ajax, meanwhile, didn’t manage to break the stalemate against Midtjylland last week until the 47th minute.

Over 10.5 corners

There were still 12 corners in the reverse fixture, despite the modest score.

Ajax have had at least seven in six of their eight subsequent matches, while Liverpool have averaged 4.6 per game in their last five at Anfield.
