Ravens running back Derrick Henry had only 45 yards on 17 carries in last week\u2019s 35-13 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, and in Week 6 had only 58 yards on 17 carries in the 13-10 loss to the Cleveland Browns. I lost some money there.<\/p>\n

The Arizona Cardinals at Dallas Cowboys is another intriguing option for touchdown bettors, with a total at 54.5 points and two sub-par defences.<\/p>\n

Then there\u2019s the Minnesota Vikings in Detroit to take on the Lions, with money picks Jahmyr Gibbs, Amon-Ra Brown, and Justin Jefferson offering interesting anytime touchdown or first touchdown options, making my NFL betting picks <\/u><\/a>more interesting given Minnesota’s strong defence.<\/p>\n

James Cook, Buffalo Bills, anytime touchdown (-150)<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was going to go Gibbs, just to be boring, but he\u2019s -225 for an anytime touchdown, which is way too expensive for my liking, and Minnesota\u2019s strong defence makes that price hard to justify.<\/p>\n

The Bills have one of the NFL\u2019s most productive offences, and if Cook can hold onto the ball, he\u2019ll get red zone shots against a struggling Baltimore defence.<\/p>\n

Cook has scored in five of Buffalo\u2019s six games. He\u2019s a threat to both run one in or to catch one.<\/p>\n

Derrick Henry, Baltimore Ravens, first touchdown (+400)<\/strong><\/p>\n

I also had my eye on Javonte Williams of the Cowboys, with an attractive matchup against the Cardinals, but at -200? Nope, strong candidate, but too high a price.<\/p>\n

Henry though, while not great the past two weeks, should benefit if quarterback Lamar Jackson returns, since he\u2019ll no longer be the sole focus for the Bills defence, factoring in Jackson\u2019s superior running ability.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s expensive for anytime touchdown at -200, but considering he\u2019s one of Baltimore\u2019s primary options when the Ravens get inside the five-yard line, this is worth a little sprinkle.<\/p>\n

CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys, anytime touchdown (-120)<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am pleasantly surprised at that price, given Lamb\u2019s performance this season, including a two-touchdown game against the Eagles last weekend, and facing an Arizona defence that has allowed 1.4 touchdowns per game to opposing wide receivers. That\u2019s among the highest in the NFL.<\/p>\n

Combination of target volume and red-zone usage makes this an even safer option \u2013 30.5% of Dallas\u2019 targets and 34% of its red-zone targets.<\/p>\n

Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seattle Seahawks, anytime touchdown (-110)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kind of surprised at this one, too, actually, considering how much he dominated the Kansas City Chiefs last week, catching nine balls for 150 yards and a touchdown. That\u2019s three consecutive 100-yard receiving games. Overall, he\u2019s caught 58 passes for 867 yards and eight touchdowns \u2013 37% of Seattle\u2019s targets, and 40% of Seattle\u2019s targets inside the opposition\u2019s 20-yard line.<\/p>\n

Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills, anytime TD (-150)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Coming off a bye week, on home field, despite facing a Ravens\u2019 defence ranked No. 9 in the NFL in rushing yards allowed (96.6).<\/p>\n

Allen has scored a touchdown in five of Buffalo\u2019s six games this season, thanks to his combination of size, mobility, and goal-line opportunities. Despite being efficient on the rushing yards allowed front, Baltimore has allowed eight rushing TDs in seven games.<\/p>\n

Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders, anytime TD (+200)<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have to take Daniels against the Philadelphia Eagles, with the Commanders at home and the Eagles\u2019 season circling the bowl. Plus, I was looking for plus money at quarterback this week and stumbled across Daniels.<\/p>\n

Daniels is mobile, and the Eagles are coming off a big 38-21 loss to the Cowboys, where Dallas rushed for 204 yards.
