Premier League football tips: Liverpool v Leicester 30 01 19

Both these sides were involved in seven-goal thrillers last time out, and Tom Clee is predicting more of the same in his football tips for Wednesday night.

Here are Tom Clee‘s football betting tips for Liverpool v Leicester on Wednesday night.

Liverpool to win & BTTS

Liverpool have won all their league games at Anfield this season other than a 0-0 draw with Manchester City.

The Reds have only kept one clean in the last four, conceding three against Palace last time out, while Leicester continued their record of scoring in all but one of their away games by losing 4-3 at Wolves.

If that wasn’t enough, both teams have scored in the last five Premier League meetings between these two, with Liverpool winning four of them.

Mohamed Salah to score

Salah has scored 16 goals in his last 20 games for Liverpool, including nine in his last nine at Anfield.

He also scored a brace in this fixture last season, so it should pay to stick with the obvious choice here.

Jamie Vardy to score

Vardy has more Premier League goals against Liverpool than any other side, with seven in his last five appearances against them.

Five of his seven goals this season have come away from home, including at Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge. With Leicester bound to play on the counter, he is easily the Foxes’ biggest threat.

Under 1.5 Liverpool cards

Liverpool are by far the best-behaved team in the Premier League, with eight fewer bookings than any other side.

They’ve only received 11 cards in 11 games at Anfield, three of which came in the Merseyside derby against Everton, so there’s no reason to expect them to lose their heads on Wednesday.

Over 7.5 Liverpool corners

Liverpool rack up the corners against teams who sit back at Anfield.

They’ve had eight or more in five of their last seven home league games, with the only exceptions coming against Arsenal and a pre-Claudio Ranieri Fulham.
