Here are five football tips Jack Green thinks you should consider for Manchester United v Burnley on Wednesday night.
Manchester United to win to nil
United have won four of their last five home matches and haven’t conceded a goal in their last two.
Burnley are coming off a big home win over Leicester, but they’ve lost five of their last seven away games and have scored just one goal across their last four matches on the road.
Under 2.5 goals
Wednesday night’s game is unlikely to be high-scoring, particularly given that Marcus Rashford is out with a long-term back injury.
There have been under 2.5 goals in five of United’s last seven matches in all competitions, while Burley have only conceded more than two goals in one of their last eight games.
Mason Greenwood to score
With Rashford unavailable, there’s a good chance Mason Greenwood will come into the United attack on Wednesday night.
The 18-year-old has scored nine times for his club this season, with eight of those goals coming at Old Trafford.
Brandon Williams to be carded
Williams started at left wing-back against Liverpool on Sunday and is a great bet for a booking if he’s given the nod again.
The 19-year-old has picked up four yellow cards in the Premier League this season despite making just eight appearances.
Over 2.5 Burnley cards
Of Burnley’s 41 bookings in the Premier League this season, 25 have come away from home.
Sean Dyche’s side have been shown over 2.5 yellow cards in five of their last eight league games on the road.
