Here are five football tips Guy Giles thinks you should consider for Manchester City v Chelsea on Saturday evening.

Manchester City to win & BTTS

City have won seven out of nine at home in all competitions this season, including all of their last four.

BTTS has landed in City’s last four games overall, and seven of Chelsea’s nine away games this season.

Over 3.5 goals

These are two of the Premier League’s four highest-scoring teams.

City have averaged 3.4 goals per game across their last five at home in the league, while Chelsea have averaged 3.6 in their last five on the road.

Raheem Sterling to score

Sterling has seven goals in 11 Premier League games this season, and 14 in 17 in all competitions.

He scored twice in the corresponding fixture last term, which finished 6-0 to City.

Chelsea to have the most cards

These sides have a similar disciplinary record this season, with City amassing 24 yellows compared to Chelsea’s 23.

The Blues, however, have received more cards in each of the last three meetings between these sides.

Over 10.5 total corners

This bet has landed in City’s last six matches in all competitions.

There have also been 11 or more corners in all of their last four at home overall.
