Here are five football tips Adam Drury thinks you should consider for Bournemouth v Watford on Sunday afternoon.
Both teams to score
There should be goals in this game given both teams are missing their best defender.
Bournemouth will likely be without Nathan Ake, and have conceded 20 goals in their last 10 league matches.
Watford will be missing Christian Kabasele, and have only managed one clean sheet in 11 away outings this season.
Dominic Solanke to score
This is a hunch, based on the fact that Solanke is a talented player for whom the goals will surely soon flow.
He scored his first Bournemouth goal against Luton in the FA Cup last week, and is only fractionally short of Callum Wilson for shots and non-penalty xG per game this season.
Bournemouth to have most corners
Bournemouth have only managed 4.8 corners per home game this season, but that is still more than Watford’s 4.1 per away game.
The Cherries concede 5.9 per home match, with the visitors conceding 6.5 per game on the road.
Nigel Pearson’s side have lost the corner count in six of their eight games since Quique Sanchez Flores was sacked.
Philip Billing to be carded
Billing has been carded eight times this season, including in both of his last two matches.
He ranks top for tackles and joint-second for fouls per game in the Bournemouth squad.
Etienne Capoue to be carded
Capoue ranks joint-fourth in the Premier League for fouls per game.
He has picked up five yellow cards this term, including three in his last six games.
