Betway writers’ 4 to score picks for Saturday 11 05 19

Our writers predict the first scorer in these Premier League matches for our free-to-play football predictions game.

4 To Score is Betway’s free-to-play football predictions game, where you can win a jackpot of £100k by correctly predicting the first player to score in our four selected matches.

To help you make your picks, our writers reveal who they think will break the deadlock in the Premier League this weekend.

Liverpool v Wolves: Mohamed Salah

Salah should return this weekend after missing out on Liverpool’s stunning comeback against Barcelona due to a head injury.

The Egyptian is the Premier League’s top scorer this season with 22 goals, and another should wrap up a second successive Golden Boot.

The 26-year-old also opened the scoring when the Reds won the reverse fixture at Molineux 2-0.

Guy Giles

Burnley v Arsenal: Ashley Barnes

Arsenal have been awful over the past few weeks, particularly away from home, so it’s worth picking a Burnley player at Turf Moor on Sunday.

Barnes leads the Clarets with 11 goals in the Premier League this season, one of which came in a 3-1 defeat to Arsenal in December.

The 29-year-old caused the Gunners plenty of problems on that day, and he should have a few chances again this time around given their defensive set-piece struggles.

Jack Green

Leicester v Chelsea: Jamie Vardy

Chelsea have lost away to every top-half side other than Manchester United and Watford this season and have nothing to play for with a top-four spot guaranteed.

Jamie Vardy has netted six of the Foxes’ last 10 goals at the King Power and also boasts an excellent record against the big six.

He’s scored all of Leicester’s last three against the Blues, including the only goal of the game in the reverse fixture in December.

Tom Clee

Spurs v Everton: Richarlison

Tottenham have lost five of their last six league matches, conceding first in all of them, so back an Everton player here.

Richarlison has scored 14 Everton goals this season, eight of which have been the first of the match.

His last two goals have come against Chelsea and Manchester United, and he can do the business against another top-six side.
