Miami Heat (-4.5) vs Atlanta Hawks

The Heat have won three games in a row, with the last two of those coming by a margin of at least 20 points.

Miami has had injury problems recently but has still gone 9-4 over its last 13 games, and will be close to full strength for this game against an Atlanta team that has also caught the injury bug.

The Hawks have been on a good run, but they have seven players listed as at least questionable for this game, including star point guard Trae Young, who has been ruled out with an ankle injury.

Los Angeles Clippers (-11.5) vs Houston Rockets

A 117-105 win over the Grizzlies on Wednesday night means the Clippers have now won 10 of their last 11 games, and 18 of 23 since the All-Star Break.

Los Angeles is looking like a major contender in the West, and they should cover this relatively big spread against the worst team in the NBA.

The Rockets are 15-44 this season and are 2-12 over their last 14 games, with their last three defeats all coming by a margin of 22 points or more.

Washington Wizards (-9) vs Oklahoma City Thunder

Washington has surged into playoff contention in the East thanks to a run of six consecutive wins.

Russell Westbrook has been in inspired form for the Wizards, who have now won eight of their last nine games and beat Oklahoma City 119-107 on Monday night.

The Thunder have been on a terrible run, losing 12 straight games including nine by double digits. They are 9-20 at home this season and have the league’s worst net rating.

Denver Nuggets (-3) vs Golden State Warriors

The Nuggets have been one of the NBA’s best teams since All-Star Weekend, and they’ve won their last four games to move to 38-20 for the season.

Denver’s 18-10 away record is the second best in the West, with Mike Malone’s team having won 10 of their last 12 games on the road.

The Warriors have pulled off some wins against strong opponents recently, but they’ve been inconsistent all season and are 10th in the West, having lost two of their last three games.
